“Artistic Soul Media was born because I had to learn how to create a website for myself as an artist, out of necessity, then I could help others. As an artist, I know how overwhelming all the technical side can be because that’s how I felt when I learned to create a website for myself, you just want to take a nap when you’re saturated in technical terms,” she explains, “then I realized web design was another avenue for my creativity and I love it. I get to use my eye for design creating layouts and add a creative touch to every step of the process. For a creative person, that is a joy. I also love helping someone transform their idea into a presence online. It’s like the website builder is another medium to work with to express the individuality of someone’s unique message and spirit!“ she says.

Catherine specializes in creating websites for artists and musicians because music and art is her passion (web design for artists by an artist) but she works with clients all over the world from arts and entertainment, health and wellness to non profit arenas.

She is passionate about learning to use all the tools technology affords us that weren’t available to previous generations. “The more I learn, the more I realize how fortunate we are to have the tools to run a business that can reach a worldwide audience from our homes in bunny slippers,” she affirms.

“However, in this digital age, I do remind myself, I am a human being first, not a brand or a machine, I am a work in progress. Everyone is expected to be so perfect and present some flawless highlight reel online, but I want to keep it real, too,” she says.
